There are many goals of the process through which the human resource is managed in organizations, and this is achieved through the sensitive tasks assigned to workers in the human resources department, and among these goals are the following:

• Helping organizations achieve their goals through the process of linking qualifications and job vacancies in organizations.
• Work to raise job efficiency by providing the necessary support to job cadres, which helps these cadres improve performance.
• Work to convey a clear picture to employees of the organization's internal law, and its internal and external policies, so that these laws are adhered to after knowing them in detail.
