The attendance and departure system for time management, which is specialized in calculating all the effects of time such as attendance, absence, delay, additional, penalties, etc. Permissions and assignments for employees, and is based on flexible rules in monitoring cases of absence, delay, overtime, permissions and assignments. This program works on more than one shift for one employee on the same day, and prepares reports by the user for time management data and integrates it with personnel affairs data within the company or organization in the introduction of administrative penalties from the system, in addition to the penalties that are automatically calculated from the system
The system is linked to the attendance and departure fingerprint to identify the dates of attendance and departure and the time off, and to set the regulations on the basis of which salaries are calculated by converting work and absence hours into salaries on both sides (deductions and entitlements) with the possibility of manually reviewing employee attendance and departure data to correct entry errors.
The system is defined by annual holidays and official holidays that will cease to be used during the year, such as national and religious holidays, and a dedicated time can be added to these holidays in proportion to the nature of work.
The system allows the user to set a leave balance for each employee with the possibility of raising the balance of annual leave, reducing it or transferring it to the next year in the event of Aden running out of the annual leave balance for employees and workers.
The system deals with errands flexibly, taking into account the differences between errands, whether they are errands for a day or more or a specific number of hours.
The system allows the user to exclude one or more employees from the attendance and departure list application based on the number of working hours.
The time - attendance and departure hours - may conflict with the normal work of employees, workers and workers within the institution, so the system allows the definition of more than one working time for each group, whether it is a department, department, sector or workers' shift.
When there are shifts for workers, the system can work in the system of shifts, taking into account their succession, changing their dates, or switching appointments between workers for each specific period.
The user can create a dedicated time for the periods in which the working hours differ from the normal working hours, and then after the end of the specified period, the system will return to the basic working hours automatically.
